How keyakash.com collects, uses and protects your information.
1. Who we are
Keyakash Technologies Private Limited ("Keyakash", "we", "us") is a company incorporated in India (CIN U58200KA2025PTC209969) with its registered office at Rainmakers Workspace 759, 3rd Floor, 8th Main Road, JP Nagar 3rd Phase, Bangalore, Karnataka, India 560078. We are the "data fiduciary" for personal data collected through this website under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit our contact or enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), area of interest and the message you write.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — for security and to keep the site running.
- Local storage. We use your browser's session storage only to remember, for the duration of your visit, whether you have already seen or submitted our enquiry pop-up. This is not used to track you and expires when you close the browser.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers on this website, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and follow up on your interest in our services or products.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
- To comply with legal obligations that apply to us in India.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
4. Who we share it with
- Form delivery. Enquiry form submissions are transmitted via FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-forwarding service, which delivers them to our team mailbox. FormSubmit processes the submission solely to deliver it.
- Fonts. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts; your browser makes a standard request to Google's servers to fetch them, which discloses your IP address to Google.
- Hosting. Our web host processes server logs as described above.
- Group companies. If your enquiry relates to Graciax, Tour Bazaar or Brandsaur, we may share your enquiry with the relevant team inside our group so the right people can respond.
We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation or valid legal process.
5. Retention
Enquiry emails are retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records, after which they are deleted. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period in the ordinary course.
6. Your rights
Subject to the DPDP Act and other applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent for future processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@graciax.com — we will respond within a reasonable time. You also have the right to raise a grievance with us, and thereafter with the Data Protection Board of India.
7. Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to enquiry data to the people who need it to respond. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable safeguards appropriate to the data we handle.
8. Third-party links
This website links to our product and partner websites (graciax.com, tourbazaar.in, brandsaur.com) and other external sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to read them.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision; material changes will be posted on this page.
